Portal Settings
This guide covers how to customize your MyStudio portal branding and settings.
Accessing Portal Settings
Navigate to Admin > Portal Settings in the sidebar.
Admin Access Required
Portal Settings require Tenant Admin or Owner role.
Branding Options
Logo
Upload your company logo:
- Recommended size: 200x50 pixels
- Formats: PNG, SVG (transparent background preferred)
- Usage: Appears in sidebar, emails, and documents
Favicon
Upload a browser tab icon:
- Size: 32x32 or 16x16 pixels
- Format: PNG or ICO
- Usage: Browser tab icon
Colors
Customize your portal colors:

Company Information
Business Details
- Company Name: Your registered business name
- Business Address: Physical address
- Contact Email: Primary contact email
- Phone Number: Business phone
Tax Information
- Tax ID/ABN: Business registration number
- Tax Rate: Default tax percentage
Email Settings
Email Branding
- Logo appears in email headers
- Company name in footer

Custom Domain
Requesting a Custom Domain
Instead of yourcompany.mystd.io, use your own domain:
- Click Request Custom Domain
- Enter your desired domain (e.g.,
portal.yourcompany.com) - Submit request
- Configure DNS as instructed
- Wait for verification
DNS Configuration
Add a CNAME record:
portal.yourcompany.com → cname.mystd.ioSSL Certificate
SSL is automatically provisioned after DNS verification.
User Management
Default Roles
Configure which roles are available for new users.
Invitation Settings

Set default notification preferences for new users:
- Email notifications (on/off)
- In-app notifications (on/off)

Two-Factor Authentication
Enable/require 2FA for staff accounts.
Integration Settings
Vimeo Connection
Connect your Vimeo account for easier video embedding.
Bunny.net Settings
Configure Bunny Stream and CDN options.
Google Drive
Connect Google Drive for large file uploads.

View your current subscription:

Upgrading
Contact MyStudio support to upgrade your plan.
Backup & Export
Data Export
Export your data:
- Projects (CSV)
- Companies (CSV)
- Invoices (CSV)
Backup Schedule
View automatic backup status and schedule.
Applying Changes
Save Changes
Click Save Settings to apply your changes.
Changes Take Effect
- Branding: Immediately
- Email settings: On next send
- Custom domain: After DNS propagation
