Your Typical Workflow

Here's how a typical project flows through MyStudio:

1. Create Project → 2. Review Quote → 3. Approve Quote →
4. Production Begins → 5. Review Video → 6. Request Revisions or Approve →
7. Receive Final Delivery → 8. Pay Invoice

Step 1: Create a Project

Start by creating a new project with your video requirements, including:

  • Video type (promotional, training, social media, etc.)
  • Formats and duration
  • Project brief and attachments

Step 2: Review the Quote

Once the production team reviews your request, they'll send a quote for your approval.

Step 3: Approve and Begin

After approving the quote, production begins. You can track progress in your dashboard.

Step 4: Review Videos

When video drafts are ready, you'll receive a notification. Review the videos and provide feedback using timecode comments.

Step 5: Approve or Request Revisions

Either approve the video or request specific changes. The team will upload new versions for review.

Step 6: Final Delivery

Once you approve the final version, you'll receive the completed video files.

Step 7: Payment

Review and pay your invoice through the platform.
