Understanding Quotes
A quote outlines the proposed work and pricing for your video project. It typically includes:
- Project scope and deliverables
- Timeline and milestones
- Itemized pricing
- Terms and conditions
Finding Your Quotes
From the Dashboard
Look for the Pending Quotes card showing quotes awaiting your review.
From Project Details
- Open your project
- Click the Quotes tab

Reviewing a Quote
Quote Document
Click to preview or download the quote PDF containing:
- Detailed project breakdown
- Line items with pricing
- Total cost
- Payment terms
Key Information
Pay attention to:

Approving a Quote
When you're satisfied with the quote:
- Click the Approve Quote button
- Review the confirmation dialog
- Confirm your approval
What Happens After Approval
- The production team is notified
- Project status changes to "Awaiting Payment" or "In Production"
- You may receive a deposit invoice
- Work begins according to the timeline
Requesting Changes
If the quote needs adjustment:
- Click Request Changes
- Provide specific feedback:
- What needs to change
- Your preferred alternative
- Any budget constraints
- Submit your request

Be Specific
Instead of "Too expensive", say "Can we reduce costs by limiting to 2 revision rounds instead of 3?"
