Dashboard
The Dashboard is your home base in MyStudio. It provides a quick overview of your projects, recent activity, and important notifications.
Dashboard Overview
When you log in, you'll see several key sections:
Statistics Cards
At the top, you'll find summary cards showing:
- Active Projects - Number of projects currently in progress
- Pending Quotes - Quotes awaiting your approval
- Pending Invoices - Unpaid invoices
- Total Videos - Videos available for review
Recent Projects
A list of your most recent projects with:
- Project name
- Current status (Draft, In Review, Completed, etc.)
- Last updated date
- Quick access link
Recent Activity
A timeline of recent actions on your projects:
- New video uploads
- Comments from the production team
- Quote submissions
- Status changes
Notifications Summary
A preview of your latest notifications with quick links to relevant items.
Sidebar Navigation
The left sidebar provides quick access to all areas:

Quick Actions
From the dashboard, you can quickly:
Create a New Project
Click the New Project button to start a project request.
View Notifications
Click the bell icon in the top navigation to see all notifications.
Search
Use the search bar (Cmd+K or Ctrl+K) to find:
- Projects by name
- Comments
- Assets
Access Profile
Click your avatar in the top right to:
- View your profile
- Access settings
- Log out
Customizing Your View
Grid vs. List View
Toggle between grid and list views for project displays using the view switcher.
Filtering
Use filters to narrow down what you see:
- By status (Active, Completed, Draft)
- By date range
- By project type
