Company Assets
The Company Assets section is your central repository for brand materials and shared files. This guide shows you how to organize and use your assets.
Accessing Company Assets
Click Company Assets in the sidebar to access your asset library.

What Are Company Assets?
Assets are files shared between you and the production team:
- Brand logos and variations
- Color palettes
- Brand guidelines
- Templates
- Fonts
- Stock images
- Reference videos
Asset Categories
Assets are organized by type:

Browsing Assets
Grid View
See all assets as visual thumbnails with:
- Preview image
- Asset name
- Category badge
- File size
Filtering
Filter assets by:
- Category
- Upload date
- File type
Searching
Use the search bar to find assets by name or description.
Viewing an Asset
Click on any asset to:
- See full preview
- View file details
- Download the file
- See upload information
Uploading Assets

To Upload a New Asset
- Click Upload Asset button
- Select or drag your file
- Fill in the details:
- Name - Asset name
- Category - Select from dropdown
- Description - Optional notes
- Click Upload
Supported File Types
- Images: PNG, JPG, SVG, GIF, WebP
- Documents: PDF, DOC, DOCX
- Fonts: TTF, OTF, WOFF
- Videos: MP4, MOV (size limits apply)
- Archives: ZIP
File Size Limits
Maximum file size depends on your plan and asset type.
Large Files
For very large files (over 100MB), contact the production team for alternative upload options.
Managing Assets
Editing Asset Details
- Click on the asset
- Click Edit
- Update name, category, or description
- Save changes
Deleting Assets
- Click on the asset
- Click Delete
- Confirm deletion
WARNING
Deleted assets cannot be recovered. Make sure you have a backup before deleting.
Replacing Assets
To update an asset (e.g., new logo version):
- Delete the old version
- Upload the new version with the same name
Sharing Assets
With Production Team
All assets are automatically available to your production team. They can access them when working on your projects.
Asset Links
Get a shareable link to a specific asset:
- Click on the asset
- Click Share
- Copy the link
- Share with colleagues

Naming Conventions
Use clear, descriptive names:

Version Control
Include version numbers or dates:

Organize by Category
Use categories consistently to keep assets findable.
Keep Assets Updated
Remove outdated assets and replace with current versions.
Using Assets in Projects
When creating a project:
- Reference assets in your brief
- Attach relevant assets directly
- The production team can access your asset library
Reference by Name
In your project brief, reference assets like: "Please use the 'Primary Logo RGB' from Company Assets"
Common Questions
Who can see my assets?
Only you, your company colleagues, and your production team.
Can I organize assets into folders?
Currently, assets are organized by category. Folder organization may be added in future updates.
What if I upload the wrong file?
Delete it and upload the correct file. The production team will be notified of changes.
How long are assets stored?
Assets are stored for the duration of your account. Inactive accounts may have storage limits.
